Lease Crutcher Lewis today announces that Bart Ricketts, current general manager of Lewis’ Oregon operations, will become the next chief executive officer effective May of next year (2012). Bill Lewis, current president and CEO, will remain active in the business as chairman of the Board of Directors.

Bill Lewis’ family has been in the construction business since 1886, when his great grandfather N.T. Lease opened up shop in Montana. Since then, four generations of the Lease family have run Lease Crutcher Lewis, now headquartered in Seattle.
