Special Projects Division Project Manager

Lewis has an immediate opening for a Project Manager in our Special Projects Division. This person will be accountable for the successful construction of projects ranging from $100k - $10M.

Candidates must have the following minimum qualifications:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a project manager
  • Experience with all facets of project management, including estimating, subcontracting, cost control, scheduling, and personnel management
  • Strong local relationships with architects, owners, and subcontractors, preferably
  • Experience with biotech and/or healthcare, preferably
