Lewis is building this extensive renovation and addition to Roosevelt High School. The 250,000 square foot project will create modern classrooms with breakout spaces for individual and collaborative learning. A student commons area will be located at the center of the building to encourage group studying and dining. In addition to a new arts wing and gymnasium, a digitally enhanced library and extensive sitework for new playing fields and parking areas will be built.
Lewis is nearing completion on this 19-story, 462,000 square foot Class A office tower and 14-level parking garage in Downtown Bellevue. The building will feature a prominent two-story lobby and incorporate a broad range of tenant-focused amenities. The building’s exterior curtain wall design features a combination of high-performance glazing, precast concrete elements, and architectural metal accents. It is targeting LEED Gold certification.
Troy Block is a full-block office complex located in the heart of South Lake Union. We have completed the below-grade, 1,100-stall parking garage and base structure and are working on the South and North office towers. The project is scheduled to be completed first quarter 2017. The project includes the integration of two historic landmarked facades on opposite corners of the site, landscaped courtyards, and extensive street-scaping.
Lewis is constructing this four-story, 211,000 square foot office and technology building next to Gas Works Park overlooking Lake Union. Approximately 314 parking spaces will be included on two levels below grade. The building is organized around a 38 foot wide central outdoor court composed of a series of small roof terraces and walkways that step down towards the lake. NorthEdge is targeting LEED Silver certification and is scheduled to complete mid-2016.
Lewis is constructing a 24-story condominium on First Hill comprising 168 units and five and a half levels of below-grade parking for 172 vehicles and 80 bicycles. It is the first condominium tower to be built in the First Hill neighborhood since 1982. Amenities will include a roof top deck with views and seating/BBQ areas, roof top soaking pool, library, two amenity/event rooms, catering kitchen, and a private conference/dining room.
Lewis is constructing a 183,700 square foot, six-story steel office building with two levels of parking below structure. The office space has been leased by Holland America. The project is scheduled to complete mid-2016.
